摘要 目的探讨健康教育在小儿急性上呼吸道感染中的应用价值。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月成都大学附属医院收治的68例急性上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,使用随机抽签法分为对照组(34例)和观察组(34例),对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予健康教育,对比两组的应用效果。结果观察组发热、鼻塞、咽痛、咳嗽症状持续时间均短于对照组,患儿依从性、家长健康知识掌握度、家长满意度高于对照组,护理不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在小儿急性上呼吸道感染中的应用价值显著,有利于缩短患儿病程,提高患儿依从性,降低护理不良事件发生率,提升家长健康知识掌握度及满意度。 Objective To explore the application value of health education in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 68 cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(34 cases)and the observation group(34 cases)according to the random lottery method.Children in the control group received routine nursing,and those in the observation group received health education on the basis of the control group,the application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The symptom duration of fever,nasal congestion,sore throat,and cough in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the children's compliance,parents'health knowledge,and parents'satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,the total incidence of adverse nursing events was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of health education in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection is significant,which is conducive to shortening the course of children's illness,improving children's compliance,reducing the incidence of adverse nursing events,and improving parents'health knowledge and satisfaction.
