摘要 如何通过工作室项目化教学培养具有创新实践能力的高水平应用型设计人才,是亟需研究的课题。在文献研究的基础上,对"产品系统设计"课程进行教学实践探索。提出树立以人为中心的教学理念,形成专任教师+企业导师双师型团队,兼顾课题真实性和教学相关性的教学内容,灵活运用翻转课堂为主的启发式、讨论式、参与式教学方法,强化教学产出为导向的教学环节,结合数字平台完善教学评价体系等改革思路,在实践中取得较好的教学效果,以期为资源相对短缺的地方应用型院校的"产品系统设计"课程教学提供参考和启发。 It is urgent to explore how to cultivate creative design talents using the studio project-based learning teaching methods. The study adopts literature review, expert interviews and teaching practice. It proposes the following reformation thoughts including establishing people-centered teaching principle, forming a full-time teachers + part-time enterprise tutor teaching team, real projects in line with teaching aims, flexible use of reverse classroom based heuristic, and discussion-based plus participatory teaching methods. In practice, outcome oriented teaching requirements are strengthened, combined with digital platform to perfect the teaching evaluation system reform train of thought. The experiment has achieved good teaching outcome and provided teaching reference for regional technical colleges.
