摘要
荧光染料是近年发展起来的一类新型染料,由于其具有稳定性好、光敏性弱、灵敏度高等特点,已被广泛地应用于生物、医药、纺织、化工、冶金、轻工、地质以及环境保护等领域。香豆素类化合物是荧光染料中的一个重要组成部分,可以用于荧光染料、激光染料、光电材料等领域。介绍了几种荧光染料在生物研究检测的方面的应用。
The fluorochrome with excellent stability,weak photosensitiveness and high sensitivity is a new type of dye that has been widely used in biology,medicine,textile,chemical,metallurgy,light industry,geology and environmental protection,etc.The coumarin is an important component of fluorochrome and can also be used in fluorochrome,laser dyes,photoelectric dyes,etc.The methods applied in biological detection studies were introduced.
