摘要
国内黑臭水体治理已经进入关键阶段,然而由合流制溢流污染问题引发的黑臭水体反弹现象依然严重,一部分原因是控制设施功能定位混乱以及计算思路不明确。通过对国内多种截排调蓄设施进行梳理与讨论,完成对合流制截排调蓄设施的功能分类,并完善功能分类下的计算理论,对提高国内合流制系统精准截污效率、治理城市黑臭水体、改善城市水体环境提供参考。
In recent years,the treatment of malodorous black river in China has entered a critical stage.However,the rebound phenomenon caused by combined overflow pollution is still serious.Part of the reasons is due to the confusion of control facilities function positioning and unclear calculation theory.Through combing and discussing the various intercepting-storage facilities,the functional classification of intercepting-storage facilities was completed,and the calculation theory and system under the functional classification were improved.The result would provide a reference for improving the efficiency of domestic combined overflow system,and improving the treatment of urban malodorous black river and the urban water environment in the next decade.
