摘要
多年来中新天津生态城在绿色低碳社区建设领域不断探索,在绿色、低碳、智慧、人文等多元领域建立了可复制、可推广的社区管理体系。其中,以太阳能热水系统为代表的可再生能源管理体系,形成了以技术标准为依托、过程监管为手段、城区级运营为保障和行业管理为纽带的发展模式,为社区达成双碳目标提供了示范性实施路径。
Tianjin Eco-city has been exploring and studying on low carbon community for years,and developed a replicatable and propagable community management system covering ecology,low carbon,smart,humanity and many other aspects.As an important part of the renewable energy management system for community,solar hot water system model demonstrates how to achieve“3060 Carbon Target”by using technical standards and regulations as the tool,life-cycle management as the method,city-scale operation management as the safeguard and industrial management as the linkage.
