摘要
城市“棕地”再开发再利用,可以有效盘活存量工矿用地,优化土地结构和土地功能布局,促进城市更新与高质量发展,但开发利用过程中存在多种风险。基于WBS-RBS方法对城市“棕地”开发项目归纳识别出13项风险,并针对相关风险提出应对措施,为城市更新背景下“棕地”再开发模式提供有价值的参考。
The redevelopment and reuse of urban"brownfield"can effectively revitalize the existing industrial and mining land,optimize the land structure and land function layout,and promote urban renewal and high-quality development.However,there are many risks in the development and utilization process.Based on the WBS-RBS method,this article identified 13 risks for urban“brownfield”development projects,and proposed countermeasures against related risks,providing a valuable reference for the“brownfield”redevelopment model.
