国土空间规划背景下的村庄规划编制初探--以福安市水田村为例

Preliminary Discussion on Village Planning under Territorial Spatial Planning--Case Study of Shuitian Village,Fu’an City

以福安市溪柄镇水田村村庄规划为例,结合新时代国土空间规划背景及编制要求,从现状调研分析、全域规划统筹、村庄居民点详细规划等方面进行论述,探索经济欠发达地区村庄规划编制的方法和实践,编制“多规合一”的好用、管用、实用的村庄规划以期为同类村庄规划编制提供参考,提升规划编制水平。

Taking the village planning of Shuitian village,Xibing Town,Fu’an City as an example,combined with the background and preparation requirements of territorial spatial planning in the new era,this paper discusses the current situation investigation and analysis,overall planning of the whole area and detailed planning of village settlements,explores the methods and practice of village planning in economically underdeveloped areas,and compiles the easy,effective and practical village planning with“multi-regulation in one”is expected to provide reference for the planning of similar villages to improve the planning level.
