浅谈美丽乡村建筑立面改造与修复--以三清山枫林旅游综合服务区玉坑段立面改造工程为例

Building Facade Renovation and Restoration of Beautiful Villages--Taking the facade renovation project of Yukeng Section of Fenglin Tourism Comprehensive Service Area of Sanqing Mountain as an example

以三清山枫林旅游综合服务区玉坑段立面改造工程为例,从建筑风格、市政配套及旅游休闲要求,明确美丽乡村建筑立面改造与修复的主要内容。现有乡村建筑存在立面单调,缺乏地域,特色传统建筑年久失修、损毁严重,两种建筑风貌格格不入的问题。因此,本次美丽乡村建设立面改造与修复主要通过综合整治,将其打造成具有统一协调的乡村建筑风貌的村落。通过本次项目的实施,为乡村建筑立面改造提供对应的整治方案与措施,解决传统文化的传承,新与旧的交替,几种建筑风貌并存。

Taking the facade renovation project of Yukeng section of Fenglin tourism comprehensive service area in Sanqing mountain as an example,the main contents of facade reconstruction and restoration of beautiful village are clarified from the architectural style,municipal supporting facilities and tourism-leisure requirements.In the existing rural buildings,the facade is monotonous and lack of regional characteristics,the traditional buildings are in disrepair and seriously damaged for a long time,while the two architectural styles are incompatible.Therefore,the facade reconstruction and restoration of this beautiful village campaign is mainly aiming at unified and coordinated rural architectural style through comprehensive improvement.Through the implementation of this project,corresponding renovation schemes and measures will be provided for the facade transformation of rural buildings,so as to inherit traditional culture,promote the alternation of new and old,and fulfill several architectural styles coexist.
