浅层气固井技术在缅甸海域M区块的应用

摘要 缅甸海域M区块浅层地质发育良好,在300~400 m间存在浅层气,浅部地层疏松,固井往往出现漏失,只能使用低密度的水泥浆进行封固。同时由于气体活跃,极其容易发生气窜,导致后续出现环空带压现象,对固井带来极大的挑战。文章通过构建防窜性能优良的低密度水泥浆、优选隔离液性能、提高套管居中度以及采用其他配套措施,取得了良好的固井质量,对后续浅层气固井提供了良好的可借鉴经验。 The shallow geology of Block M of Myanmar is well plump.There is shallow gas between 300 m and 400 m.The shallow stratum is loose,and cementing often leaks and only low-density slurry can be used for cementing.At the same time,due to the active gas,gas channeling is extremely easy to occur,leading to the sustained casing pressure,which brings great challenges to cementing.In this paper,good cementing quality has been achieved by applying low-density slurry with excellent channeling resistance,optimizing the performance of spacer,keeping good standoff,and adopting other supporting measures,which provides a good reference for subsequent shallow gas cementing experience.
