高校化工专业实验室安全管理机制探索

Exploration on the Safety Management Mechanism of Chemical Engineering Laboratory in Colleges and Universities

化工是以化学理论为基础,侧重于工程技术的工程学科,其实验类教学比重很大,所以保证化工类专业实验室的安全运行就极为重要。针对化工类实验室存在的运行和管理上的问题,文章重点做出了分析,并提出了相关解决方案。诸如加强安全培训及考核机制,提高师生安全责任意识及对危险发生后的处理能力,并严格执行实验室准入制度,加强组织管理,提高管理人员权限,制定应急预案,规范实验药品、设备及气瓶的使用及储存,完善消防、急救等安全防护设施,以保证实验室的运行安全。

Chemical engineering was an engineering subject which was based on chemical theory and focuses on engineering technology.The proportion of experimental teaching was very large,so it was very important to ensure the safe operation of chemical professional laboratories.In view of the problems existing in the operation and management of chemical laboratory,this paper focused on the analysis,and put forward the relevant solutions.Such as strengthening safety training and assessment mechanisms,improved the safety knowledge system of teachers and students,strictly implement the laboratory access system,strengthen organization and management,improved the authority of management personnel,formulated emergency plans,standardized the use and storage of experimental drugs,equipment and gas cylinders,and improved safety protection facilities such as fire protection and first aid to ensure the operation of the laboratory safety.
