摘要 文章以某化肥厂液氨球罐区为例,首先对项目情况进行了简要说明,其次结合现场情况,对储存方案、储罐类型进行了确定,最后以本项目需要达到的效果为出发点,围绕设备布置、配管设计的工作展开了讨论,内容涉及确定防火间距、科学选择管道材质等方面。 The article takes the liquid ammonia spherical tank area of a chemical fertilizer plant as an example.First,it briefly explains the project situation,and then Based on the site conditions,the storage plan and the type of storage tank were determined,and finally,the project needs to achieve the effect.As the starting point,discussions were carried out around equipment layout and piping design,which involved determining the fire room The distance,scientific selection of pipe materials and other aspects.
