摘要
近年来,国家大力支持化工企业的转型发展,各个化工企业为满足排放标准,实现可持续发展,不仅进行了设备的更新,更进行了工艺的改进和优化,逐步在企业内建立了一套相对成熟的生产系统。一些化工企业中虽然配置了对应的净化装置,满足了生产中的净化要求,但这些净化装置处于高负荷运行条件下时,常常会出现一定的技术困境,影响了净化装置在生产中的作用实现。基于此,文章以某甲醇中心净化装置作为研究对象,分析了该装置在高负荷运行状态下的瓶颈问题和解决对策。
In recent years,the state has vigorously supported the transformation and development of chemical enterprises.In order to meet the emission standards and achieve sustainable development,each chemical enterprise has not only updated the equipment,but also improved and optimized the process,and gradually established a relatively mature production system in the enterprise.Although some chemical enterprises are equipped with corresponding purification devices to meet the purification requirements in production,when these purification devices are in high-load operation conditions,they often appear certain technical difficulties,which affects the role of purification devices in production.Based on this,a methanol center purification device as the research object was analyzed Botteck problems and solutions in high load operation.
