在水泥厂的现有运营与生产管理体系中,设备备件管理是核心环节,其有助于保障生产设备的稳定安全运行,直接关系到后续检修维护工作的效果。但是,国内部分水泥厂没有给予设备备件管理工作充分重视,依然沿用相对落后的管理理念与管理模式,严重影响自身的经济效益,这也更加凸显出设备备件管理优化的重要性。文章简要分析水泥厂设备备件管理的主要问题,研究设备备件管理的优势,重点探究设备备件管理优化的有效策略,以期强化水泥厂的经济效益。

In the existing operation and production management system of cement plant,equipment spare parts management is the core link,which helps to ensure the stable and safe operation of production equipment and is directly related to the effect of subsequent maintenance.However,some domestic cement plants do not pay enough attention to the management of equipment spare parts,and still use the relatively backward management concept and management mode,which seriously affects their own economic benefits,which also highlights the importance of optimizing the management of equipment spare parts.This paper will briefly analyze the main problems of equipment spare parts management in cement plant,study the advantages of equipment spare parts management,and focus on the effective strategies for optimizing equipment spare parts management,in order to strengthen the economic benefits of cement plant.
