摘要
分析领域形势和生产管理体制与模式,梳理了专用压力容器产品特性、自身能力和先进的生产模式与方法,以成组技术为基础,同时统筹开展特性归集、成熟度确认、工艺定型与标准化、生产策划、生产计划与生产状态检查等措施,建立一套适合专用压力容器特点的生产模式。将整体生产分解为大型壳体、板类、筛网类、轴套类共五大类,前期策划和迭代优化生产计划,使特种任务生产效率得到大幅提高,相应产品研制周期缩短。通过生产管理转型和生产优化方案实施,实现了产品质量稳定性和一致性提升、交付周期大幅缩短、生产效率和效益提升和产品队伍能力提升,为科研生产能力提升奠定了基础。
This paper analyzes the situation in the system field and the production management system and mode,combs the product characteristics,their own capabilities and advanced production modes and methods of special pressure vessels,takes group technology as the basis,and comprehensively carries out measures such as characteristic collection,maturity confirmation,process finalization and standardization,production planning,production planning and production status inspection,establish a set of production mode suitable for the characteristics of special pressure vessels.The production mission was composed of large shell,plate,netting and axis elements in terms of group technology,and both earlier production scheme and production plan iteration and optimization were carried out,the results show that production efficiency was increased and development period was decreased.The product quality stability and uniformity,production efficiency and achievement,production team ability were increased,and production management optimization is useful of production ability promotion.
