摘要
文章阐述了煤炭直接液化油加氢改质工艺处理过程,主要是通过加氢精制反应原理进一步脱除原料油中杂原子和金属杂质,进行烯烃饱和,串联加氢裂化反应,降低油品密度,提高十六烷值等,深度改善优品质量,生产符合质量标准要求的合格柴油以及航煤馏分,同时也生产低硫、低氮、芳潜高的精制石脑油。文中考察了在加氢裂化反应器不同加权平均反应温度下精制石脑油产品的分布情况,通过原料油性质和产品的对比分析,得到在加氢改质装置加氢裂化反应器不同加权平均反应温度与精制石脑油产品收率的影响关系曲线,表明在355~365℃范围时,对提高精制石脑油产品收率具有明显效果。
This paper describes the coal direct liquefaction hydrogenation process,mainly by further remove the miscellaneous atoms and metal impurities in the raw oil,olefin saturation,series hydrogenation reaction,reduce oil density,improve hexadane value,depth,improve superior quality,produce qualified diesel and aviation coal fraction that meet quality standards,and also produce low sulfur,low nitrogen and high refined naphtha.The distribution of the refined naphtha products under the weighted average reaction temperature of the reaction temperature of the weighted average reaction temperature and the yield of the refined naphtha from 355-365℃.
