With the continuous development of the economy,the number of various engineering construction has gradually increased,but people’s consciousness of quality and economy is further strengthened,and new requirements are put forward in the construction,especially in the chemical engineering project,where the risk degree is higher,the control of quality safety and progress is more strict.In this case,it is necessary to have a professional management team to carry out the relevant work in order to meet the actual requirements.This paper discusses and analyzes the general contract management of chemical engineering projects,firstly expounds the concept of chemical engineering projects,secondly enumerates the related contents of general contract management and schedule control of chemical engineering projects,finally,the measures of general contract management and schedule control of chemical engineering project are provided.I hope that through the study of related content,can make it obtain better results.
