基于多源数据的河北省涉县县域医疗设施优化研究

Research on Optimization of Medical Facilities in Shexian County,Hebei Province Based on Multi-source Data

2021年新冠疫情在农村地区发生,对县级和基层医疗设施带来了严峻的考验.医疗设施作为公共服务设施的重要组成部分,其合理布局对于提升居民的健康水平和疫情防控具有重要作用.以河北省涉县县域医疗设施为例,采用手机信令、高德地图POI、DEM等多源数据,利用ArcGIS软件对其医疗设施进行配置现状、可达性、供需特征分析.结果表明:涉县医疗设施在千人床位数、千人执业医师数、千人注册护士数方面均低于全国及河北省水平;涉县医疗设施可达性呈现主城区和乡镇卫生院所在地两级扩散的格局;除更乐镇卫生院床位数供给不足,其他乡镇卫生院床位数供给充足.研究成果可为涉县县域医疗设施的规划及布局优化提供参考.

The outbreak of the new crown epidemic in rural areas in 2021 has brought severe challenges to county-level and primary medical facilities.As an important part of public service facilities,medical facilities have important roles in improving the health of residents and preventing and controlling the epidemic.Taking the county medical facilities in Shexian County as an example,using mobile phone signaling,AutoNavi Map POI,DEM and other multi-source data,ArcGIS software is used to analyze the configuration status,accessibility,supply and demand characteristics of their medical facilities.The results show that the medical facilities in Shexian County are lower than the national and Hebei levels in terms of the number of beds per thousand,the number of practicing physicians per thousand,and the number of registered nurses per thousand people.The accessibility of Shexian medical facilities shows two levels in the main urban areas and township hospitals.Except for the insufficient supply of beds in the Gengle Township Hospital,other township hospitals have sufficient beds.The research results can provide a reference for the planning and layout optimization of medical facilities in Shexian County.
