高校体育师范专业人才培养的隐忧与对策研究--基于教师资格“国考”视角

Research on Worries and Countermeasures of Talent Training of Physical Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities:Based on the"National Examination"Perspective of Teacher Qualification

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,从教师资格“国考”视角对体育师范专业人才培养的隐忧与对策进行了研究.国家教师资格实施统一考试后,高校体育师范专业获得了新的发展机遇,同时也呈现出一些现实隐忧.从顶层设计、目标导向、课程体系、教学模式等方面提出了相关建议,以期消解当下高校体育师范专业人才培养的隐忧.

By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper studies the worries and countermeasures of the training of physical education teachers from the perspective of"national examination"for teachers'qualifications.After the implementation of the unified national teacher qualification examination,the physical education teacher specialty in colleges and universities has gained new opportunities for development,but also presents some practical worries.Some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of top-level design,goal orientation,curriculum system and teaching mode,so as to solve the worries in the training of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.
