鲜青蒿预防湿热型肠息肉复发的作用机制研究 被引量:7

The clinical mechanism study of French Artemisia carvifolia on the Prevention of recurrence of high-risk intestinal polyps

摘要 目的探索鲜青蒿预防湿热型息肉发生的作用机制。方法收集57例符合纳入标准的患者,随机分治疗组和对照组。治疗组口服我院自制鲜青蒿汁(40 mL/次,2次/日)2月后停药;对照组不给予治疗。两组均于6个月后复查肠镜并行息肉切除术,并对相关指标进行记录和观察。结果两组患者治疗后腺瘤病理类型、VEGF、β-catenin、Cyclin D1、LDL-C和HDL-C表达水平比较(P>0.05),治疗组与对照组COX-2分值比较(P<0.05);治疗组TG、TC水平与对照组比较(P<0.05)。结论鲜青蒿汁可能通过调控COX-2的表达,降低血清TG、TC水平起到预防湿热壅滞型肠息肉的发生。 Objective This subject is intended to explore the mechanism of fresh Artemisia carvifolia by randomized controlled method.Methods 57 cases who met the criterion were collected from our hospital.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group give fresh Artemisia(40 mL/once,twice/day)2 months,the control group did not receive any treatment.Both groups were rechecked with colonoscopy 6 months later,and related indicators were recorded and observed.Results Comparison of the expression levels of adenoma,VEGF,β-catenin,Cyclin D1,LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups of patients after treatment(P>0.05),and the comparison of COX-2 scores between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TG and TC in the treatment group were compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fresh Artemisia juice may reduce the levels of serum TG and TC by regulating the expression of COX-2 to prevent the occurrence of damp-heat stagnant intestinal polyps.
