淡盐水膜法除硝制元明粉技术的突破

摘要 介绍了一种芒硝脱水工艺,从研究思路到理论依据及基本的工艺过程进行分析论证。对固态芒硝和芒硝料浆两种脱水情况进行工艺计算,给出了析出率以及精制盐、蒸汽、冷冻量等的消耗数据。该工艺技术的核心是将膜法除硝与芒硝脱水融合在一起,实现膜法除硝直接生产元明粉,并将氯碱生产过程中产生的有害杂质SO2-转化为优质的无机盐,为氯碱行业多品种用盐提供帮助。 A dehydration process of mirabilite is introduced.The research ideas,theories and basic process are analyzed and demonstrated.The process calculation is carried out for the dehydration of solid mirabilite and the dehydration of mirabilite slurry.The precipitation rate and the consumption data of refined salt,steam and freezing capacity are given.The core of the process technology is to integrate membrane-process sulfate removal and mirabilite dehydration to realize direct production of sodium sulfate anhydrous via membrane-process sulfate removal.The harmful impurity sulfate ion which is produced in chlor-alkali production is also transformed into high-quality inorganic salt,which provides help for using multiple varieties of salt in chlor-alkali industry.
