氯碱盐泥制备七水硫酸镁的研发与效益分析

Development and benefit analysis of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate preparation from chlor-alkali salt mud

开发了以盐泥为原料制备七水硫酸镁的工艺技术。使用该工艺,可生产用于制革、印染、造纸等行业的七水硫酸镁,回收氯化钠,且不处理固废。以烧碱生产能力16万t/a为例进行计算,经济效益可达204万元/a。

The technology of preparing magnesium sulfate heptahydrate from salt mud was developed.By using this process,magnesium sulfate heptahydrate can be produced,sodium chloride can be recovered,and there is no solid waste to be treated.Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate obtained are used in tanning,printing and dyeing,papermaking and other industries.Taking the caustic soda production capacity of 160 kt/a as an example,the economic benefit can reach 2.04 million yuan/a.
