The Centralized Education within the CPC:Historical Process,Basic Characteristics and Contemporary Enlightenment

党内集中教育是中国共产党开展党员教育、加强党的建设的重要途径。自延安整风以来,党内集中教育从思想萌芽走向实践探索,逐步发展完善并不断制度化规范化。党内集中教育在目标、内容、方式、对象等方面呈现出明显特征,包括服从服务于党的政治路线,继承和创新马克思主义理论,思想、组织和作风建设有机结合,以及面向全体党员分层次、有步骤进行。借鉴吸收中国共产党成立百年来党内集中教育的经验,应当准确把握党内集中教育的时机,注重党内集中教育方式的多元化,充分发挥领导干部的示范带动作用,以党内集中教育带动党员经常性教育的开展。

The centralized education within the CPC is an important way to educate CPC members and strengthen CPC building.Since Yan’an Rectification Movement,the centralized education within the CPC has gone from ideological germination to practical exploration,gradually developed and improved,and has been institutionalized and standardized continuously.The centralized education within the Party has obvious characteristics in the aspects of objectives,contents,methods and objects,including obeying the political line of serving the CPC,inheriting and innovating Marxist theory,organically combining theory,organization and conduct,and facing all Party members with different levels and steps.Drawing on the experience of the centralized education within the CPC since the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC),we should accurately grasp the opportunity of centralized education within the Party,pay attention to the diversification of centralized education methods,give full play to the exemplary role of leading officials,and promote the regular education of CPC members with centralized education within the CPC.
