摘要
本文先阐述了我国"21世纪海上丝绸之路"对环南海各国邮轮产业发展的重要意义,再过渡到新马泰等环南海国家邮轮产业发展的现状和合作的现状,进一步分析了环南海邮轮产业发展的模式,文后从和平缓解南海争端、充分发挥"澜沧江—湄公河"合作机制、实施环南海各国差异化合作三个宏观层面和"一带一路"倡议下积极开展泰国湾邮轮旅游航线、允许外籍邮轮开通南海无目的地海上游、借助海南邮轮旅游试验区提升环南海邮轮产业合作路径三个微观层面做出探索,以期为环南海邮轮产业协同发展做出有益参考。
This paper first expounds the significance of China’s"21 st century Maritime Silk Road"to the development of cruise industry in countries around the South China Sea,and then transits to the status quo of cruise industry development and cooperation in countries around the South China Sea,such as Singapore,Malaysia and Thailand,and further analyzes the development mode of the cruise industry around the South China Sea.Finally,the cooperation mechanism and practice of"Lancang Mekong River"can be fully used to ease the disputes in the South China Sea peacefully The 3 macro level one is the"one belt,one road"initiative,which is launched by the South China Sea,and the other is the"one belt and one road"initiative.It will actively carry out the cruise routes in Thailand Bay,allow foreign cruise ships to open the South China Sea,and explore the 3 micro levels of the Hainan cruise tourism Experimental Zone to enhance the cooperation of the South China Sea cruise industry.
