摘要
土地经济密度能够映射出经济活动与土地资源的关系,是区域经济问题的关键研究指标。本文基于东三省城市群34个地(含以上)级城市2011—2018年的面板数据测算土地经济密度,运用Arcgis平台并结合泰尔熵指数、相对发展率等方法分析土地经济密度的时空差异情况,并以建筑业角度构建计量经济模型,探讨建筑业对土地经济密度的驱动作用。结果表明:第一,东三省城市土地经济密度值整体趋于上升,且吉林中部城市群区域高于其他地区,呈现出明显的集聚特征和峰值特征;第二,东三省各城市相对发展速率有鲜明差异,整体发展水平不均衡,地区总体差异变速缩小;第三,建筑行业从业人数、建筑行业对GDP的贡献率、城市环境建设和建筑生产价值对城市经济发展有一定驱动作用。文末,在定量分析的基础上提出相应的政策建议。
Land economic density can reflect the relationship between economic activities and land re-sources,which is the key research index of regional economic problems.This paper calculated the temporal-spatial features and construction industry influence mechanism of the land economic density of the three provinces in Northeast China from 2011—2018,by using methods including Theil entropy index,relative development rate,Arcgis platform and panel data model,based on urban panel data of 34 cities land economic density in the three provinces in Northeast China.This research results indicated that:First,generally the urban land economic density of the three provinces in Northeast China tended to increase,and the urban agglomera-tion in the central part of Jilin Province was higher than others,showing an obvious characteristics of ag-glomeration and peak value;Second,the regional difference of land economic density among cities of the three provinces in Northeast China continued to narrow in a non-uniform velocity,the overall development level was not balanced and the relative development speed was also extremely different;Third,the number of employees in the construction industry,Contribution rate of construction industry to GDP,urban environmental construc-tion and construction production value had a certain driving effect on urban land economic density.Finally,based on the quantitative analysis,some policy suggestions are given.
