后疫情时期浙江民营跨国公司发展问题与对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Zhejiang Promoting the Transnational Operation of Local Private Enterprises in the Post-Epidemic Period

做大做强本土民营跨国公司是浙江省打造"重要窗口"的重要组成部分,本文在总结浙江本土民营跨国公司发展现状的基础上,重点分析民营企业跨国经营面临的困难和挑战,并从完善对外投资政策体系,优化对外投资综合服务;深化融资畅通工程,改善海外金融服务;积极推动以境外经贸合作区为主的国际合作平台建设;优化营商环境,推动"引进来"和"走出去"良性互动;引导企业向全球价值链高端布局,融入东道国社会经济发展五个方面提出后疫情时期浙江推进民营企业跨国经营的对策建议。

Enlarging and strengthening local private multinational companies is an important part of build-ing the Important Window of Zhejiang Province.Based on the summary of the development status of local private multinational companies in Zhejiang Province,this article focuses on analyzing the difficulties and chal-lenges faced by private companies in their transnational operations,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transnational operation of private enterprises in the post-epidemic period from five aspects,including improving policy system and optimizing comprehensive services,deepening financing unimpeded project and improving overseas financial services,promoting construction of international cooper-ation platforms based on overseas economic and trade cooperation zones,optimizing business environment and promoting positive interaction between"bring in"and"Going out",and guiding enterprises to deploy at the high end of the global value chain and integrate into the social and economic development of the host country.
