职业教育对城镇化过程中失地农民再就业影响研究

Research on the Influence of Vocational Education on the Re—Employment of Landless Farmers in the Process of Urbanization

在我国城镇化快速发展的时代,我国的失地农民逐步增加,面临着再就业的挑战,职业教育培训成为失地农民适应新环境的重要途径,而失地农民职业教育培训还存在失地农民培训意识不足、职业教育培训体系不完善、培训主体单一等问题。因此,本文提出从强化知识技能和职业道德培训,完善职业教育培训体系,强化企业参与责任感等方面着手,进一步优化失地农民的职业教育培训。

In the era of rapid development of urbanization in China,the number of land lost farmers is in-creasing gradually,facing the challenge of reemployment.Vocational education and training has become an im-portant way for land lost farmers to adapt to the new environment.However,there are still some problems in the vocational education and training of land lost farmers,such as insufficient training awareness,imperfect vocational education and training system,single training subject and so on.Therefore,this paper puts for-ward the optimization strategy to further improve the vocational education and training of land lost farmers from strengthening the knowledge and skills and professional ethics training,improving the vocational educa-tion and training system,strengthening the sense of responsibility of enterprise participation.
