摘要
本文分别将无机填料、有机硅及有机树脂粉塑料耐磨性改良助剂引入PC/PBT合金材料体系中,通过调整不同体系改良助剂的配比,研究了这些材料与未加改良剂的PC/PBT合金的力学性能及磨损性能。结果表明,陶瓷粉、石墨粉及碳纤粉等无机填料对PC/PBT的耐磨性有改良效果,但影响合金的冲击强度。甲基苯基改性硅油、硅酮耐磨粉及聚酯接枝改性硅酮等有机硅助剂都能降低PC/PBT的摩擦因数及磨耗率,且对合金的力学性能影响不大。特殊丙烯酸树脂、聚四氟乙烯及聚偏二氟乙烯共聚物等有机树脂粉类助剂均能够改善PC/PBT的耐磨性。但特殊丙烯酸树脂会影响合金的冲击强度,氟化树脂对合金的力学性能的影响较小。综合成本、加工性、外观及性能等多方面的考虑,推荐添加2 wt%有机硅类耐磨剂用以改良PC/PBT合金的耐磨性。
In this study,as wear resistance improvers,inorganic fillers,organosilicons and organic resin powders were introduced into PC/PBT alloy material system,though adjusting the ratio of improvers in different systems,the mechanical properties and wear properties of these materials and alloy without modifier were studied.The results show that inorganic fillers such as ceramic powder,graphite powder and carbon fiber powder can improve the wear resistance of PC/PBT,but affect the impact strength of the alloy.Silicone additives such as methyl phenyl modified silicone oil,silicone wear-resistant powder and polyester grafted modified silicone can reduce the friction factors and wear rate of PC/PBT,and have little effect on the mechanical properties of the alloy.Organic resin powder additives such as special acrylic resin,polytetrafluoroethylene and polyvinylidene fluoride copolymer can improve the wear resistance of PC/PBT.However,special acrylic resin will affect the impact strength of the alloy,while fluorinated resin has little effect on the mechanical properties of the alloy.Considering the cost,processability,appearance and performance,2 wt%silicone wear-resistant agent can be added to improve the wear resistance of PC/PBT Alloy.
