摘要
本文利用半熔法、微波消解法、水浴法等多种前处理方法,对土壤中的金属硒进行提取,并利用原子荧光光谱仪对硒含量进行测定。结果表明,半熔法、微波消解法、水浴法、石墨消解法提取土壤中的金属硒,原子荧光法测定结果准确度和精密度均小于10%。通过不同前处理方法的研究,为进一步优化测定土壤中硒含量的方法提供了研究方向。
The paper use different pretheatment methods,just like Semi-molten and Micorwave digestion and Water-bath and so on.To extraction the Selenium Content from soil,then use Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry analytical Selenium Content.The results show that,half melting method,microwave digestion method、water bath method and graphite digestion method were used to extract metal selenium from soil,the accuracy and precision of atomic fluorescence method were all less than 10%.Comparison with different methods,In provide a better direction for further optimizing the determination of selenium content in soil.
