摘要
本文研究ASA高胶粉的种类和SAN树脂的种类对ASA材料力学性能和加工流动性的影响,结果表明使用ASA 1#时材料的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度和熔体流动速率均优于使用ASA 2#时的材料。固定ASA高胶粉的种类与含量,SAN树脂的熔体流动速率降低时,ASA复合材料的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度提高、熔体流动速率降低。SAN选择高熔指的SAN 3#,ASA选择ASA 1#,二者的比例为65︰35时,获得的复合材料同时具有较高的抗冲击性能以及较好的流动性。
This paper studies the effects of the types of ASA high rubber powder and the types of SAN resins on the mechanical properties and processing fluidity of ASA materials.The results showed when ASA 1#is used,the Izod notch impact strength and melt flow rate of the material were better than those when ASA 2#is used.When the type and content of ASA high rubber powder are fixed,the Izod notch impact strength of ASA composite material will increase as the melt flow rate of SAN resin decreases.When the ratio of SAN 3#and ASA 1#was 65:35,the composite material obtained both higher impact resistance and fluidity.
