摘要
聚烯烃隔膜因其成本低、工艺简单、孔径均匀、闭孔温度低,从而广泛应用在锂离子电池。本文总结了现有的聚烯烃隔膜干法单拉法、干法双拉法、湿法双拉法、蒸发法四种制造方法和基本原理,并深入介绍了各类制造方法中涉及的材料、配方、工艺、原理,并进一步介绍了研究人员围绕聚烯烃隔膜的高力学性能、轻薄化、耐腐蚀、耐高温等方向所做的工作。
Polyolefin membrane is widely used in lithium-ion batteries because of its low cost,simple process,uniform pore diameter and low closed cell temperature.This paper summarizes the existing four manufacturing methods and basic principles of polyolefin diaphragm:dry single pull method,dry double pull method,wet double pull method and evaporation method,deeply introduces the materials,formulas,processes and principles involved in various manufacturing methods,and further introduces the researchers'focus on the high mechanical properties,lightness,corrosion resistance Work done in the direction of high temperature resistance.
