摘要
退役终态开放形式为有限制开放和无限制开放。除此以外,最终阶段还有一种特殊的做法,就地埋葬即利用该退役核设施良好的工程屏障,将其改造为一个放射性废物处置设施。本文将对某早期后处理厂就地埋葬和全部拆除送处方案的终态进行研究,从方案可行性、政策法规、实施环节等方面进行两个方案的对比,推荐出一种安全、经济、可行的退役终态。
The final open form of decommissioning has restrictions on opening and unlimited opening.There is also a special practice in the final phase of decommissioning that turning the nuclear facility into a radioactive waste disposal facility by utilizing the good engineering barrier.This paper will study the schemes of the final state of an early reprocessing plant's Entombment or all dismantling,and compare the two schemes from the aspects of program feasibility,policy and regulation,implementation link,etc,and propose a safe,economical,feasible final state of the facility of the final state.
