摘要
超交联有机聚合物(HCPs)具有较大的比表面积和吸附容量,对多环芳烃类化合物具有特异性吸附。本文以联苯为单体,三氯化铁为催化剂,在80度下快速制备HCP,并将其作为固相微萃取(SPME)涂层,结合高效液相色谱法,建立一种环境水样中3种多环芳烃蒽、菲及芘的分析方法。考察了影响目标物萃取量的关键因素,在最优条件下,该方法线性范围为1.0~100μg/L,检出限为0.1~0.3μg/L(S/N=3),回收率为95.5%~98.2%。结果表明,该建立的方法可用于环境水样中蒽、菲及芘的分析检测。
Hyper-crosslinked polymers(HCPs)have large specific surface area and adsorption capacity,and potential superiority for adsorption of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs).In this paper,an HCP was simple synthesized by a simple Friedel-Crafts reaction using biphenyl as monomer,and ferric chloride(FeCl_(3))as the metal catalyst at 80℃.The prepared HCP was applied as a coating adsorbent for solid phase microextraction(SPME)to enrich three PAHs(anthracene,phenanthrene,pyrene)in environmental water samples.Under the optimal conditions,the method demonstrated good linearity in the range of 1.0~100μg/L,with correlation coefficients(r2)greater than 0.9988,low limits of detection(0.1~0.3μg/L,S/N=3),and excellent recovery(95.5%~98.2%).Finally,the method has been successfully applied to the determination of anthracene,phenanthrene and pyrene in environmental water samples.
