摘要
荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(RT-qPCR)是新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)快速诊断的关键手段,化学在其中起着非常重要的作用:裂解样本细胞离不开表面化学技术,用磁性分散固相萃取技术高效提取与纯化病毒RNA,用固相合成技术实现病毒逆转录与扩增特异性引物的低成本快速合成,用荧光化合物的荧光共振能量转移实现核酸检测阴性/阳性结果的实时报告。
Fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)is a key method for the rapid diagnosis of COVID-19,and chemistry plays a very important role in it:surface chemistry is used to lyse cells,dispersion solid phase extraction is used to extract and purify viral RNA,solid-phase synthesis technology is used to achieve low-cost and rapid synthesis of viral reverse transcription and amplification primers,and fluorescence resonance energy transfer of fluorescent compounds is used to achieve real-time reporting of negative/positive nucleic acid detection results.
