摘要 针对传统教学模式的现状,根据课程理论性和实践性强的特点,提出了基于PBL模式与学科竞赛相结合的《食品化学》教学模式。这种以问题为导向的PBL教学模式以学生为中心,以科研训练为驱动力,通过课前问题导入、课中问题介入、课后问题反馈等环节实施,在学科竞赛中,以科研项目为着力点,强化了学生创新思维、合作团队学习、科研训练的能力。 Teaching model reform of the core subjects of engineering specialty is crucial for the cultivation of application-oriented and innovative talents.In consideration of the shortcomings of the traditional teaching method,the teaching model of PBL combined with subject competition was proposed based on the theoretical and practical characteristics of food chemistry.Based on problem based learning-oriented and scientific research training--driven,the model was established on the philosophy of student-centered.With the implementation of the PBL teaching model,the problem introduction of pre-class,the problem intervention of inter-class,the feedback of after-class,which helps the students won some subject competition honor and cultivate the capabilities of cooperative learning,innovation,scientific research training.
