摘要
在新时代新背景下,竞争激烈的化工行业对既能从事研究开发、又能胜任工程设计和生产管理复合型人才的需求越来越强烈。《化工工艺学》是化学工程与工艺专业各门课程和各实践教学环节的落脚点,具有应用性强、综合性强、灵活性强以及内容繁杂等特点,按照传统方式去教授本门课程,教学效果难以保证。因此,本文提出从转变教育理念、引入仿真软件、采用教学工具以及改变考核方式四个方面对课程进行改革,构建化工专业核心课程《化工工艺学》教学中贯通科学研究、工程设计、生产管理等知识的复合型人才培养的教学模式。
The chemical industry with fierce competition has an increasingly strong demand for interdisciplinary talents in the new era,and these people should not only be able to engage in research and development,but also be competent in engineering design and production management.Chemical technology is the final point of all courses and practical teachings of chemical engineering and technology.This course has the characteristics of strong application,comprehensiveness,flexibility and complex content.According to the traditional way to teach the course,the teaching effect was difficult to guarantee.Therefore,this paper proposed to reform the course from four aspects:transformation of educational ideas,introduction of simulation software,utilization of teaching tools,and reformation of assessment method.The purpose of this paper was to construct a teaching mode of compound talents training through scientific research,engineering design,and production management in the course of chemical engineering technology.
