不同添加剂对独活茎叶发酵品质及饲用价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 试验旨在研究独活茎叶发酵前后生物活性成分、营养成分、青贮品质的变化。试验设5个处理组,分别为对照组(不添加添加剂)、试验1组(秸秆青贮剂)、试验2组(有机酸混合)、试验3组(纤维素酶)、试验4组(青贮专用复合酶),每组3个重复,试验期45~50 d。结果显示,独活茎叶原样中含有少量蛇床子素活性成分,发酵后蛇床子素显著降低(P<0.05),且部分组未检出。试验3组、4组乳酸含量明显高于对照组,等级为优。试验3组粗蛋白含量分别比独活茎叶原样和对照组提高8.34%、54.37%,粗脂肪含量分别提高75.56%、276.19%,粗纤维含量分别降低20.61%、45.51%;干物质采食量、可消化养分、总可消化养分、相对饲喂价值、相对饲喂质量均高于其他试验组和对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加纤维素酶和复合酶发酵后乳酸含量显著提高,营养品质显著改善,可作为饲料应用于畜禽养殖中。 The experiment was conducted to study the changes of bioactive components,nutrient components and silage quality of stems and leaves of Heracleum hemsleyanum before and after fermentation.Five treatment groups were divided into control group(no additive),test group 1(silage agent),test group 2(organic acid mixture),test group 3(cellulase group),test group 4(silage specific compound enzyme).Each group was repeated three times for 45~50 d.The results showed that there was a small amount of osthol active ingredients in the original samples of the stems and leaves of Heracleum hemsleyanum,and the osthol was significantly reduced after fermentation(P<0.05),and was not detected in some groups.The proportion of lactic acid in the total acid of test group 3 and test group 4 was more appropriate,the content was significantly higher than that of control group,and the grade was excellent.The crude protein content of test group 3 were 8.34%and 54.37%higher than that of the original leaf and the control group,the crude fat content was increased by 75.56%and 276.19%,and the crude fiber content was reduced by 20.61%and 45.51%.Dry matter intake,digestible nutrients,total digestible nutrients,relative feeding value and relative feeding quality were all higher than other test groups and control group.The study indicates that the lactic acid content and nutritional quality are significantly improved after the fermentation with cellulase and compound enzymes are added,and it can be used as feed in livestock and poultry breeding.
