基于电磁挤压的磁流变液传动性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对磁流变液纯剪切传动传递转矩小的缺点,提出一种基于电磁挤压的磁流变液传动方法。利用有限元软件Ansoft Maxwell进行磁场有限元仿真分析,得到不同输入电流下磁流变液的剪切屈服应力以及压盘所受到的电磁力。基于磁流变液的挤压强化效应,分析磁流变液在受到压盘挤压强化后的剪切屈服应力及传递的转矩。结果表明:磁流变液在受到挤压后,剪切屈服应力会增大,从而使装置所能传递的转矩增大;磁流变液在挤压剪切模式下传递的转矩是纯剪切模式下的1.53倍。 In view of the disadvantage of small transmission torque of magnetorheological pure shear transmission, a magnetorheological fluid(MRF) transmission method based on electromagnetic extrusion was proposed. The magnetic field was simulated and analyzed by using Ansoft Maxwell software, and the shear yield stress and electromagnetic force on the pressure plate under different input current were obtained. Based on the extrusion strengthening effect of MRF, the shear yield stress and torque of MRF were analyzed after the pressure plate extrusion strengthening. The results show that the shear yield stress of the MRF increases when the MRF is extruded, so the torque transmitted by the device increases;the torque transferred by MRF in extrusion shear mode is 1.53 times of that in pure shear mode.
