计及信息失效的柔性配电系统集中-分散协调控制策略优化 被引量:8

摘要 柔性多状态开关(FMSS)接入配电网,能够通过主动控制实现配电网正常与故障情况下的优化运行,同时也加深了对控制的依赖。为降低通信设备随机故障带来的运行风险,该文提出一种计及信息失效的柔性配电系统集中-分散协调控制策略优化方法。首先,建立柔性配电信息物理系统模型,分析了系统在不同状态下的控制方式;然后,采用自适应模糊C均值聚类方法与故障树法处理运行和故障场景的不确定性,在此基础上,以电压偏差与失负荷量最小为目标,建立了分布式资源集中-分散控制策略的双层优化模型,上层优化通信故障的分布式资源分散控制策略,下层仿真多场景下的柔性配电系统分布式资源的集中-分散协调优化运行;最后,以三端FMSS连接的三个IEEE 33节点系统作为测试算例,算例结果表明:通信设备随机故障下,分布式电源采用注入上限控制、FMSS延续故障前策略,可有效降低系统运行风险。 Flexible multi-state switch(FMSS)is connected to the distribution network,which can realize the optimal operation of the distribution network under normal and faulty conditions through active control.The access of FMSS and the increase of distributed generations make the distribution network more dependent on active control.In order to reduce the operation risk of network when control information fails,this paper proposes an optimization method of centralized-decentralized coordinated control strategy for distributed resources considering cyber failures.First,the model of flexible distribution network cyber physical system is established and the control mode under different operation states is analyzed.Then,adaptive FCM clustering method and fault tree analysis method are used to deal with the uncertainties of operation scenarios and cyber failure scenarios.On this basis,a bi-level optimization model of centralized-decentralized control strategy is established with the aim of minimizing the comprehensive risk of voltage deviation and load loss.The model is solved by intelligent optimization algorithm and second order cone programming.Finally,taking three IEEE 33 bus systems connected by FMSS as test example to verify the effectiveness of the strategy.
