花样跳绳是基于跳绳运动衍生出的新项目,个性特征鲜明,具有较强的时尚感。目前,花样跳绳正处于与体育教育融合的阶段,以花样跳绳的独特运动魅力带给大学生良好的体育学习体验。该文以此为研究核心,从高校体育课堂的实际情况出发,挖掘引入花样跳绳的有效性,并通过多途径将花样跳绳引入到高校体育课堂的教学实践中,展现出该运动的应用价值,为学生成长提供必要支持。

Fancy rope skipping is a new project derived from rope skipping,with distinctive personality and strong sense of fashion.At present,fancy rope skipping is in the stage of integration with physical education.The unique charm of fancy rope skipping brings college students a good sports learning experience.Taking this as the research core,starting from the actual situation of college physical education classroom,this paper attempts to explore the effectiveness of the introduction of fancy rope skipping,and introduces fancy rope skipping into the teaching practice of college physical education classroom through multiple ways,so as to show the application value of the sport and provide necessary support for students'growth.
