随着经济社会的持续快速发展,大学体育教学和训练工作迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,如何采取有效的方法与策略,全面提升该过程中创造性思维的应用成效,备受业内人士关注。基于此,该文首先介绍了创造性思维在大学体育教学和训练中的必要性,分析了大学体育教学和训练中创造性思维的应用现状及存在问题,并结合相关实践经验,分别从加快大学体育教学及训练模式的创新等多个角度,探讨了深化创造性思维应用的有效策略,旨在促进大学体育教学和训练实践的发展。

With the sustained and rapid development of economy and society,college physical education teaching and training have ushered in unprecedented development opportunities.How to take effective methods and strategies to comprehensively improve the application effect of creative thinking in the process is worthy of the attention of this field.Based on this,this paper first introduces the necessity of creative thinking in college physical education teaching and training,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the application of creative thinking in college physical education teaching and training,and combined with relevant practical experience,discusses the effective strategies to deepen the application of creative thinking from the perspectives of accelerating the innovation of college physical education teaching and training mode.It aims to promote the development of college physical education teaching and training practice.
