基于“健康中国2030”的苏南城市社区公共体育服务

苏南地区的社区公共体育服务发展是江苏社区公共体育服务发展的代表,而苏南城市社区公共体育服务发展也是“健康中国2030”规划建设的关键一环。研究发现,目前苏南城市社区还存在社区公共体育服务有效设施缺乏、社区公共体育服务供给不平衡、社区公共体育服务管理不到位、社区公共体育服务效率有待提高等问题。这就需要不断完善和探索苏南城市社区公共体育服务的新思路,来推进“健康江苏2030”规划,进而推进国家“健康中国2030”规划纲要目标的实现。解决问题的主要对策:建立城市社区公共体育服务联动机制保障有效设施;灵活选择城市社区公共体育服务供给方式确保供给平衡;优化城市社区公共体育服务管理体制;完善利益表达机制提高城市社区公共体育服务效率。

The development of community public sports service in southern Jiangsu is the representative of the development of community public sports service in Jiangsu Province,and the development of urban community public sports service in southern Jiangsu is also a key link in the planning and construction of"healthy China 2030".It is found that there are still some difficulties in the urban communities of southern Jiangsu,such as the lack of effective facilities for community public sports service,the unbalanced supply of community public sports services,the inadequate management of community public sports services,and the efficiency of community public sports services to be improved.This requires constantly improving and exploring new ideas of urban community public sports services in southern Jiangsu to promote the"healthy Jiangsu 2030"plan,and then promote the realization of the outline objectives of the national"healthy China 2030"plan.The main countermeasures to solve the problem:Establish the linkage mechanism of urban community public sports service to ensure effective facilities;Flexibly choose the supply mode of urban community public sports service to ensure the balance of supply;Optimize the management system of urban community public sports service;Improve the interest expression mechanism;Improve the efficiency of urban community public sports service.
