河南省安阳市有翅棉蚜共生菌感染特性

Infection characteristics of symbiotic bacteria of winged cotton aphid Aphis gossypii in Anyang,Henan,China

摘要 棉蚜Aphis gossypii是一种广泛分布的世界性害虫,对农业生产为害大,且防控困难。棉蚜体内共生菌在棉蚜的生长发育及适应环境方面具有重要作用,其体内的初级共生菌布赫纳氏菌属为蚜虫提供必需的氨基酸等营养物质(苗雪霞和丁德诚,2003),体内的次生共生菌可提高蚜虫的耐热性,抵御寄生蜂的侵袭和影响蚜虫的生长繁殖等。关于棉蚜与其初级共生菌之间互惠关系的研究较多,但关于其与次生共生菌之间关系的研究鲜有报道。
