摘要
结构参数与进口预旋对蜂窝密封静力与动力特性有较大影响。建立了蜂窝密封动力特性求解模型,在验证数值求解模型准确性的基础上,研究蜂窝芯格尺寸、轴向长度和进口预旋对密封性能的影响。结果表明,当蜂窝芯格尺寸相同时,密封有效刚度系数和有效阻尼系数随着轴向长度增加而增大;随着预旋比的增大,气流周向分量增大,轴向分量减小,故泄漏量逐渐减少;随着进口预旋的增大,蜂窝密封有效阻尼系数减小,主要是密封周向旋流增强,导致气流周向压力分布不均匀,从而降低了蜂窝密封的稳定性。
The structural parameters and pre-swirl have great influence on the static and dynamic characteristics of honeycomb seal.A model for solving the dynamic characteristics of honeycomb seal was established.Based on verification of the accuracy of the numerical model.The influences of honeycomb cell size,axial length and inlet pre-swirl on seal performance were studied.The results show that the effective stiffness coefficient and effective damping coefficient of the seal increase with an increasing axial length when the sizes of the honeycomb cell are the same.With an increase of the pre-swirl ratio,the circumferential component of the airflow increases and the axial component decreases,resulting in a gradual decrease in the leakage quantity.With an increase of inlet pre-swirl,the effective damping coefficient of honeycomb seal decreases,because of the increase of circumferential swirl of seal,which leads to the uneven distribution of circumferential pressure,thus reducing the stability of honeycomb seal.
