通过对《最好的告别》进行研读,思考年老与残障的关系,结合康复社会工作中针对轻度残障者和重度残障者的具体服务内容,反思存在的共性问题。从葛文德所述案例中得到启发,当面对患者过高的康复期望时,社工可尝试联合康复团队开展真诚谈话实现良好沟通;当面临利益冲突时,社工可通过挖掘独特优势,实施个体化服务;面对患者出院后回归家庭和社区服务的缺位时,社工需要拓宽院外服务场域,满足残障者的需求。这些都使社会工作者成为康复团队不可或缺的一员。

Through studying Being Mortal,the relationship between the elderly and disability is explored.Common problems are reflected in rehabilitation social work for people with mild disabilities and people with severe disabilities.Inspired by the case described by Gawande,when faced with patients'high rehabilitation expectations,social workers may try to cooperate with rehabilitation team to conduct sincere talks with excellent communication.Facing conflicts of interest,social workers may offer individualized services by tapping unique advantages.Facing the absence of community services after discharge,social workers need to broaden the field of out-of-hospital services to meet the needs of the disabled.All these make social workers an indispensable part of rehabilitation team.
