摘要
高等教育重点建设工程对我国高等教育发展起着至关重要的引导和推动作用。以“985工程”“211工程”和“双一流”工程为研究对象,以工程的地区分布和学科评估结果为分析变量,着重分析建设工程范围内高校与学科分布及变化情况,以及省际、区域之间的差异表现;分析高等教育重点建设工程与学科评估结果的相关性,以及学科评估结果对高等教育重点建设工程成效的反观性。在此基础上,尝试从持续优化高等教育重点建设工程结构、正视地区差异、鼓励高等教育适度自由发展等方面提出思考和建议。
The key construction project of higher education plays a vital role in guiding and promoting the development of higher education in China.This research takes"985 project","211 project"and"double first-class"project as the research objects,takes regional distribution and discipline evaluation outcome as the analysis variables,focuses on the analysis of the distribution of universities and disciplines as well as the differences between provinces and regions.It analyzes the correlation between the key construction projects of higher education and the discipline evaluation outcome,as well as the reversibility about discipline evaluation to the key construction project of higher education.On the basis of the above analysis,this study attempts to put forward ideas and suggestions concerning continuous structure optimization of the key construction project of higher education,appropriate perception of regional differences,and encouragement of moderate and free development of higher education,etc.
