在旧城更新的实施过程中,与新城的协同工作显得越来越重要,甚至是推动旧城更新工作的重要手段。文章总结了我国旧城更新与新区建设协同推进过程中面临的主要问题,并以泰兴市中心城区规划建设为例,探索总结旧城更新和新城建设在结构、功能、交通、服务、开放空间等方面的规划协同方式。

In the implementation process of urban renewal,the collaborative work with the new town construction is becoming more and more important,and even an important means to promote the old city renewal.On the basis of summarizing the main problems in the process of collaborative promotion of old city renewal and new town construction in China,this paper takes the planning and construction of Taixing downtown as an example to explore and summarize the coordination planning mode of urban renewal and new town construction in the aspects of structure,function,transportation,service and open space.
