摘要
在建筑业产业转型和绿色发展的背景下,装配式建筑已成为促进建筑业工业化和环境保护发展的重要手段。文章阐述了基于BIM的信息管理技术在装配式建筑深度设计、构件生产和运输管理三个过程中的应用。通过实际案例的分析比较,得出结合BIM技术的装配式建筑在设计、管理、资金、环保等方面都比传统建筑更具优势的结论。
Under the background of construction industry transformation and green development,prefabricated building has become an important means to promote the development of construction industry industrialization and environmental protection.This paper describes the application of information management technology based on BIM in the three processes of assembly building depth design,component production and transportation management.Through the analysis and comparison of actual cases,it is concluded that the prefabricated building combined with BIM technology has more advantages than traditional buildings in design,management,capital,environmental protection and other aspects.
