摘要
暖通空调系统作为建筑常用机电设备系统之一,其能耗占据建筑运营能耗一半,系统运行能耗较高。文章提出BIM技术应用到建筑节能设计和运营管理中,通过优化建筑围护结构降低建筑热负荷,并对建筑运维阶段的空调运行进行精细化管理。
As one of the commonly used mechanical and electrical equipment systems in buildings,the energy consumption of hVAC system accounts for half of the construction operation energy consumption and the system operation energy consumption is high.This paper proposes that BIM technology can be applied to the energy-saving design and operation management of buildings,reduce the thermal load of buildings by optimizing the building envelope,and carry out fine management of air conditioning operation in the operation and maintenance stage of buildings.
