Smart grid and Internet of things are closely related,both of them are the results of the development of digital technology.Smart power grid is the development trend of the times and the requirement of national strategy.At the same time,Internet of things technology can promote the safe and stable operation of smart power grid,form intelligent management,improve the perception depth of smart power grid information,and realize energy saving.This paper analyzes the connection between Internet of things technology and smart power grid,and discusses the significance and application of Internet of things technology in smart power grid.
