基于机理模型的循环流化床锅炉节能监测系统研发 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国碳中和目标的提出,火电燃煤机组进一步开展节能减排优化行动刻不容缓。现有循环流化床锅炉机组频繁变工况运行使得机组整体性能表现不佳。提出在现有循环流化床锅炉机组厂级监控信息系统的基础上,基于循环流化床工作特性的机理建立模型,开发锅炉机组的节能在线监测系统,形成新的监测技术。该技术可对机组运行关键参数实现在线的精细化监测,帮助机组开展运行优化实现高效运行。同时,该技术可以辅助运行人员判别设备性能状态,减少维修、停机成本,从而帮助企业提高经济效益,具有推广应用价值。 With the introduction of my country’s carbon neutrality goal,it is urgent for thermal power coal-fired units to further carry out energy-saving and emission-reduction optimization actions.Existing circulating fluidized bed boiler units frequently operate under variable operating conditions,which makes the overall performance of the unit poor.Based on the existing plant-level monitoring information system of circulating fluidized bed boiler unit,this paper proposes a model based on the mechanism of circulating fluidized bed working characteristics,develops an energy-saving online monitoring system for boiler units,and forms a new monitoring technology.This technology can realize on-line fine monitoring of key parameters of the unit operation,thus ensuring the economical operation of the unit.At the same time,the technology can also help operators analyze the root causes of uneconomical operation,help enterprises improve economic efficiency,and have the value of promoting application.
